摘    要:目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子岛(TGF-β1)和树突状细胞(DC)在膀胱癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化双重染色法检测35例膀胱癌冰冻组织切片中DC的表型及肿瘤细胞中VEGF、TGF-β1的表达。结果:膀胱癌组织中CD1阳性DC较正常膀胱组织低表达,差异有显著性(P<0.05);肿瘤组织中VEGF、TGF-β1的表达明显高于正常膀胱组织,差异有显著性(P<0.001);膀胱癌旁组织中VEGF、TGF-β1的表达与正常膀胱组织差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:膀胱移行细胞癌组织中DC存在免疫功能缺陷,而肿瘤组织局部分泌VEGF、TGF-β1可能是导致DC免疫功能缺陷的原因之一。

Abstract:Objective To explore the expressions and clinical significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1) and CD1a positive dendritic cell (CD1a+DC) in human bladder cancer tissues. Methods The expressions of VEGF,TGF-β1 on tumor cells and CD1a+DC in frozen tissue slices from 35 transitional bladder cancer were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The density of CD1a+DC in tumor tissue was significantly lower than that in normal tissue(P < 0.05) . The expressions of VEGF and TGF-β1 were significantly higher in tumor tissue than that in normal tissue(P < 0.001). Conclusion There is immune function deficiency of dendritic cells in transitional bladder cancer,and VEGF and TGF-β1 local secretion by tumor tissues may be the reason.
