索式提取与超声波提取对茴香抑菌成分的影响

摘    要:研究乙醇提取八角茴香油的最佳工艺条件,比较索氏提取法与超声波提取法的效果。索氏提取法周期短,效率较高,产品杂质较少。超声波辅助提取所得到的提取物只是微溶于乙醇中,抗菌性实验发现,提取物即使在0.01g/ml的提取物浓度下也无法显示出抑菌圈。由此可见,索氏提取法优于超声波提取法。

Abstract:To study the best condition for distilling the active composition of Aniseed.Comparing the effect of the soxhlet's extraction and ultrasonic extraction. The soxhlet's extraction has short period,high efficiency and little impurity. Substance from the ultrasonic extraction even has no repressed activity to bacterium.So the soxhlet's extraction is superior to the ultrasonic extraction.
