| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨提高肩周炎疗效的治疗方案.方法:收集160例患者随机分为2组,治疗组80例,对照组80例.治疗组采用穴位注射配合关节拔伸治疗,对照组采用单纯穴位注射治疗.结果:治疗组治愈率65%,对照组治愈率40%,2者差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论:穴位注射配合关节拔伸治疗肩周炎疗效明显优于单纯穴位注射,尤其在改善肩关节活动功能上更优于单纯穴位注射.因此为提高临床疗效,穴位注射必须同关节拔伸治疗有机地结合起来.

Clinical observation on acupoint- injection combined with joint stretch for treatment of periarthritis of shoulder |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore a treatment program for increasing therapeutic effect on periarthritis of shoulder.Methods One hundred and sixty cases were randomly divided into treatment group(n=80)and control group(n=80).The treatment group were treated by acupiont-injection combined with joint stretch,the control group by the simple acupiont-injection.Results:The cured rate was 65% in the treatment group and 40% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupiont-injection combined with joint stretch has a better therapeutic effect than the simple acupiont-injection on acute periarthritis of shoulder,especially improvement of movement function of shoulder joints.So acupiont-injection must combine with joint stretch for increasing clinical effect. |
