| 摘 要： | 目的探讨超声乳化白内障吸除术后出现枕叶梗死的相应对策。方法对115例(115眼)术后出现枕叶梗死患者的视力、视野、影像表现及相关危险因素如血压、血糖、血脂进行分析。结果超声乳化白内障吸除术后枕叶梗死发生率2.6%(3/115),3例枕叶梗死患者的视力明显下降,视野典型改变,且均伴有原发性高血压病、高血脂,其中2例患有糖尿病。结论对于老年性白内障术后患者,如出现视力、视野突然变化,要考虑枕叶梗死的可能,要重视和加强相应治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the methods of diagnosis and treatment of lobus occipitalis obliteration post-ultrasonic emulsification surgery. Method The 115 eyes of 115 cases were included in this study. The visual acuity, visual field, photo image of brain , blood pressure, blood fat, and blood glucose of 3 cases with lobus occipitalis obliteration were analysied. Result The rate of lobus occipitalis obliteration post-ultrasonic emulsification surgery was 2.6%. Their visual deterioration and defect of visual field were obvious. They all were suffered from primary hypertension and hyperlipemia, 2 cases with diabetes. Conclusion The visual deterioration and defect of visual field post-uhrasonic emulsification suggest lobus occipitalis, it is noticed to intensify the treatment of lobus occipitalis obliteration. |
