目的： 扼要综述断层解剖与临床影像解剖主要的发展轨迹及目前进展， 阐述二者的互促关系及强调二者结合的必要性及重要性。方法：搜集二者重要的发展史料，综合二者最新进展资料。结果：说明了二者发展进程的概况，最新进展与历史轨迹之间的沿革及新尖承续。结论：临床需要促进断层解剖的发展，断层解剖的发展促进了临床影像解剖的进步。断层解剖与影像解剖相结合，是解剖学教学科研的历史任务。

Sectional Anatomy and Clinical Practice

Objective: To review the history and progress of the sectional anatomy and clinical icon anatomy, and to describe their interaction and the necessary and importance of their combination. Methods: To collect the data and to review them. Results: The results showed the developing outlines and that the new progress was based on the past achievements. Conclusions: The clinical practice needs the development of the sectional anatomy. The development of sectional anatomy also improves the clinical icon anatomy. It is a key task that the sectional anatomy combines the icon anatomy.
