| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析胆道积气的原因、超声图像特征,旨在减少误诊,提高超声对该病的诊断准确率.方法对经临床、CT、腹部平片等证实的28例胆道积气的患者的超声图像特征进行回顾性分析,并和其他胆道系统疾病、肝脏疾病对比.结果胆道积气的超声图像特征为:胆管内强回声光团、光点、呈局部分布或广泛分布,后方伴声影、闪烁声尾或不伴声影、声尾,光团部分可随体位变化改变大小、形态,并出现闪烁声尾.结论超声对胆内胆道积气具有较大的诊断价值,超声检查可将肝内胆道积气同其他胆道系统疾病和肝脏疾病鉴别开来. |

| Abstract: | Objective To reduce misdiagnosis and to improve precise diagnostic rate of ultrasound for pneumobilia,We analysed the cause and characteristics of ultrasound images by reviewing the data of the patients.Methods Ultrasounic characteristics of pneumobilia in 28 patients proved by clinical,CT,abdominal X ray examination were analysed retrospectivey.and compared with other diseases of bile duct and liver.Results The ultrasonic characteristics of pneumobilia revealed high echo balls with acoustic shadowing or comet like tail sign.The size and shape of the high echo balls were changed with the body position.Conclusions Ultrasound imaging has great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pneumobilia. |
