| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究复方氟罗沙星滴耳液的质量控制、稳定性及疗效。方法 :以氟罗沙星为滴耳液主药 ,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果 :氟罗沙星在2～12μg/ml的浓度范围内呈良好线性关系 ,r=0 9998 ,平均回收率为100 38 % ,RSD为0 39 % (n=6)。制剂质量稳定 ,疗效确切。结论 :该制剂制备工艺简单 ,质控方法可靠 ,临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To study the quality control,stability and therapeutic effect of compound fleroxacin ear-drops.ME_THODS:The content of fleroxacin in the ear-drops was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.RESULTS:There was a good linearity in a range of concentrations from 2μg/ml to 12μg/ml,r=0.9 998,average rate of recovery was 100.38%,RSD=0.39%(n=6).The preparation showed stable quality and satisfactory effect.CONCLUSION:This ear-drops is simple in preparation,reliable in quality-control and effective in clinical use. |
