肾细胞癌病理形态与临床预后的关系

作者探讨了肾癌患者106例的不同临床分期、组织学类型、细胞学类型、核分级以及肿瘤大小等因素与患者术后生存期的关系。结果表明:不同的组织学类型间以及透明细胞型、颗粒细胞型和混合细胞型之间术后生存期比较,差异无显著性,弥漫肉瘤样构型者及未分化细胞型者预后不良;肿瘤大于10cm者预后差,肿瘤的临床分期、核分级对患者预后起决定性作用。

A Study on the Relationship between Pathologic Morphology and Clinical Prognosis of Renal Cell Carcinoma

One hundred and six casesof renal cell carcinoma(RCC) were studiedwith an objective to investigate the effectsof clinical stages, histological patterns(grading),cell types, nuclear grading andtumor sizes on the postoperative survivaltime of the patients. The results showedthat there were no statistical differencesin the postoperative survival time amongdifferent histological patterns and amongdifferent cellular types, such as clear cell,granular cell and mixed cell. But thosewith either diffuse sarcomatoid pattern orundifferentiated cell type bad poor prog-nosis.The patients with tumor size greaterthan 10 cm in diameter had poor prognoses.The prognosis-deciding factors for RCCpatients were the clinical staging and nu-clear grading. We suggest that the nucleargrading of RCC be noted in every patholo-gical report, so as to provide reference forclinical evaluation of the prognosis andfurther treatment.
