| 摘 要： | 本文报道右室心肌梗塞三例,均并发于下壁梗塞。心电图显示:在导联V_(3～6R)、MR 等均有 S—T 段抬高1～2mm。肺呼吸音清晰。胸部 x 线检查无间质性肺水肿。符合 Lorell 提出的诊断依据。 |

| Abstract: | The authors present 3 cases of AMI of right ventricle.They are all asseciated with inferior infatction.The ECG shows the S-T segments elevated 1 to 2 mm in leads V_(3-6), MR.The breath sounds are normal.No interstitial pulmonary edema can be found in X-ray.The basis of diagnosis corresponds to Lorell's suggestion. |
