宫颈环形电切除术与激光治疗宫颈中至重度糜烂及肥大合并多枚纳氏囊肿的对比研究

摘    要:目的探讨宫颈环形电切除术(LEEP)与激光治疗宫颈中至重度糜烂及肥大合并多枚纳氏囊肿的临床价值。方法选择2007年2月至2009年1月在江苏省盐城市迎宾外科医院就诊的宫颈中至重度糜烂及肥大合并多枚纳氏囊肿患者,并经阴道镜下活检确诊为慢性宫颈炎的240例患者为研究对象。采取前瞻性研究方法,将其随机分为LEEP组(n=120)和激光组(n=120)(本研究遵循的程序符合本院人体试验委员会所制定的伦理学标准,得到该委员会批准,分组征得受试对象本人的知情同意,并与之签署临床研究知情同意书)。两组患者年龄、临床症状、宫颈疾病严重程度及相关合并症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。回归性分析两组患者的手术持续时间,术中出血量,治愈率,手术前、后病理学诊断结果等。结果两组手术持续时间、术中出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。LEEP组手术前、后病理学检查结果符合率为87.5%。结论与激光治疗比较,LEEP对于宫颈同时有几种病变存在时,是非常理想的治疗手段。
