腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗疗效观察

目的：探讨腰椎间盘突出症非手术治疗疗效。方法：2002年2月-2005年8月非手术治疗的281例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,采用物理治疗、药物治疗、硬膜外封闭治疗。结果：本组随访时间为1-4年,平均2.6年。245例患者保守治疗后腰痛及腿痛症状得到了不同程度的缓解,其中治愈75例,显效81例,好转89例,36例患者治疗无效。有效率87.12%。结论：大多数腰椎间盘突出症可经非手术疗法得到缓解和治愈。非手术治疗可作为椎间盘突出症的首选疗法。

The evaluation of non-operative treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective: To evaluate the effect of conservative treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Method: From February 2002 to August 2005,281 cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated by physical therapy,analgesics,antiradical injection,and acupuncture.Results: The symptom and appearance of the 245 patients obviously being better,even more recovery.75 patients of 245 such cases recovered after our curing,81 obviously better,89 patients were better than before,36 patients were same like before.The overall success rate was 87.12%.Conclusion: Most of patients with lumbar disc herniation could be obviously being better,even more recovery by conservative treatment.Non operative therapy might be the first choice for the lumbar disc herniation.
