| 摘 要： | 目的明确原发性肝癌患者肝癌组织中生长抑素受体(SSTR1-4)亚型表达水平以及肝癌组织中呈主要表达的SSTR亚型。方法应用免疫组化(SABC)法检测40例原发性肝癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织以及14例非癌肝组织中SSTR1-4的表达。结果肝癌组织中,SSTR1-4的表达阳性率分别为12.5%、70%、40%、25%。结论肝癌组织中大多数有一种以上生长抑素受体亚型的表达,其中SSTR2为主要表达亚型。

| Abstract: | Objective To ascertain differential level of somatostatin receptor subtypes and the major subtypes in patients with primary hepatic carcinoma.Methods Protein expressions of somostation receptor subtypes were detected in 40 primary hepatic carcinomas and its adjacent tissue of the cancer and 10 normal liver tissues by immunohistochemistry.Results The overall expression rate of somatostain receptor subtypes were different in 10 normal live tissue and 40 carcinoma tissue and adjacent tissue. The positive rate of STRR1,SSTR2,SSTR3 and SSTR4 were 12.5%,70%,40% and 25%,respectively.Conclusion The SSTR2 is the main subtypes for expression in tissues of primary hepatic carcinoma. |
