CD44、PCNA表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移及预后的关系

摘    要:应用LSAB法对76例乳腺癌伴淋巴结转移和无转移组CD44、PCNA(增殖细胞核抗原)表达进行了免疫组化检测,并结合临床资料分析.结果显示:CD44阳性率在乳腺癌伴淋巴结转移组为70.6%, 无转移组为45.2%,两组间差异显著(P<0.05),随着组织学分级的增高CD44表达呈递增趋势,Ⅰ级与Ⅱ、Ⅲ级间阳性率存在显著性差异(P<0.05);PCNA阳性率在淋巴结转移组与无转移组间比较无显著差异,而与组织学分级间差异显著(P<0.01).CD44与PCNA表达存在平行关系.提示CD44表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移及预后有关,CD44、PCNA联合检测对评估乳腺癌患者预后有重要意义.

Abstract:LSAB immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect the expression of CD_(44) and PCNA (proliferating cell nuclear antigen) in 76 cases of breast cancer with or without metastasis, and the results were analyzed in combination with the related clinical data. The results indicated that the frequency of positive expresson of CD_(44) in the group with metastasis was 70. 6%, and that in the group without metastasis was 45. 2%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0. 05 ). With the elevation of the histopathological grading the frequency of CD_(44) expression gradually increased, statistically significant difference in the frequencies among cases of grade I, grade , and grade was observed(p< 0. 05 ). Frequencies of PCNA expression in groups of cases with and without lymphnode metastasis were not statistically different from each other, however, that in groups of different histopathological grading were with significant difference (P < 0. 01 ). Expression of C.D_(44) appeared parallel with that of PCNA. The present study indicates that the expression of CD_(44) is correlated to the lymphnode metastasis and prognosis of breast cancer, and the combinated detections of expression of CD_(44) and PCNA are with significant value for the estimation of the prognosis of breast cancer.
