摘    要:目的 评价离子选择电极法测定K 、Na 、Cl- 离子的可靠性和临床应用情况。方法 用离子选择电极法与生化分析仪法对定值血清及 16 1份标本同时进行检测 ,得到 2组数据 ,对 2组数据进行比较。结果  2种方法对定值血清测定的结果与给的定值较接近 ,证明 2种方法的可靠性与准确性。对 16 1份标本测得的结果 2种方法也具可比性。结论 离子选择电极法更适合急诊使用 ,生化分析仪法结果准确适合常规批量测定

Abstract:Objective To assess the reliability and clinical application of ion selective electrode method to detect the K , Na and Cl-. Methods 161 samples were detected with selective electrode method and biochemical analyzer method and the two kind results were compared. Results The results from two different methods were similar that confirmed those methods had accuracy, reliability and comparison. Conclusion The ion selective electrode method could use in emergency and biochemical method could use in large amount with accuracy.
