摘    要:目的:建立测定不同产地苦瓜根中苦瓜皂苷含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Gemini C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为水-甲醇(45:55),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为205nm,进样量为10μL。结果:苦瓜皂苷的检测浓度在0.051~1.020mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998);平均加样回收率为99.38%,RSD=1.99%(n=6)。结论:不同产地苦瓜根中苦瓜皂苷的含量有较大差别,可用此法较好地评价该品种的质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of saponins in the root of Momordica charantia from different areas.METHODS:HPLC method was adopted.The determination was performed on Gemini C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consisted of water-methanol (45:55) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 205 nm,and the injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS:The linear range of saponins was 0.051~1.020 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 8) with an average recovery of 99.38%(RSD=1.99%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The content of saponins in the root of M.charantia from different areas varies greatly,and the method can be used for quality evaluation of the species.
