适形放疗加同步化疗治疗局部晚期胃癌的疗效观察

[目的]观察适形放疗加同步化疗治疗局部晚期胃癌的近期疗效及不良反应。[方法]36例局部晚期胃癌患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组17例给予FOLFOX4方案化疗并同步三维适形放疗(总剂量45~50 Gy);对照组19例仅给予化疗,方案同治疗组。[结果]36例患者全部完成治疗,治疗组、对照组有效(RR)率为76.5%、42.1%,疾病控制(DCR)率为88.2%、57.9%,两组间RR率、DCR率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应如消化道反应、骨髓抑制、外周神经毒性等方面,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]适形放疗加同步化疗治疗局部晚期胃癌疗效确切,不良反应可以耐受,值得进一步研究。

Effect of Concurrent Conformal Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy for Locally Advanced Gastric Cancer

[Purpose] To investigate the short-term response and toxicity of concurrent conformal radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced gastric cancer.[Methods] Thirty-six cases with locally advanced gastric cancer were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group（17 cases） received FOLFOX4 regimen chemotherapy and concurrent three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（total doses 45~50 Gy）,and the control group（19 cases）,with the same regimen chemothera-py alone as the treatment group.[Results] All the 36 patients completed the treatment,with short-term response rate（RR） 76.5% and 42.1%,disease control rate（DCR） 88.2% and 57.9% in the treatment group and control group respectively.There was significant difference in RR or DCR between the two groups（P0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the digestive tract toxicity,myelosuppression,peripheral neuritis（P0.05）.[Conclusion] Concurrent conformal radiotherapy and chemotherapy for locally advanced gastric cancer is effective,and its toxicities are tolerable.
