标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型额颞顶颅脑损伤50例体会

目的:探讨标准大骨瓣开颅术在颅脑损伤手术中的应用价值。方法:采用标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗50例重型额颞顶颅脑损伤患者,并对有关临床资料进行分析总结。结果:患者恢复良好11例,中残10例,重残12例,植物生存5例,死亡12例。结论:标准大骨瓣开颅术具有操作方便,减压彻底的优点,能明显提高治愈率和患者生存质量。

Experience in Standard Large Trauma Craniotomy in Treatment of Severe Frontal Parietal and Temporal Brain Trauma

Objective:To evaluate the applied value of standard large trauma craniotomy in severe brain trauma.Methods:50 cases of severe frontal,parietal and temporal brain trauma performed standard large trauma craniotomy.Their clinical data were analyzed and summarized.Results: There were 11 cases cured,10 cases moderate disability,12 severe disability,5 vegetative state and 12 cases died.Conclusion: Standard large trauma craniotomy is simple and has advantage of thorough decompressing,it can markedly improve cure rate and survival quality of severe brain trauma.
