目的探讨办公自动化环境下医院档案管理的必要性和可行性。方法分析医院档案管理工作在公自动化环境下的特点和存在的问题，提出解决问题的方法。结果办公自动化系统的使用改变了文档储存的方式、工作流程等多方面；档案管理自动化进程加速，信息在一定范围内共享，提高了工作时效；但医院档案管理还面临专业人员、专业技术及标准化管理等多方面的问题。结论医院应该加强网络安全、培养档案管理专业人才、制定新的档案管理标准、构建档案管理子系统、深入开发利用档案，提高医院档案管理水平，挖掘档案信息，以满足医院各方面的需求，更好地为医院发展服务。

Discussion on Medical Files Management in Office Automation System Environment

Objective Exploring the necessity and feasibility of medical files management in office automation system environment. Methods By analyzing the features and problems of medical files management, we put forward the method to solve the problems. Results Office automation system changed the methods of files storage and work processes and so on. The automation process of files management was accelerated, informafions were shared within a certain range, and working efficiency was improved. There are some problems in hospital files management such us professionals and professional knowledge and standardized management, and so on. Conclusion The files management should be strengthened, such as network security, professional training, standardization, system construction and utilization of files and so on. Based on the improved files management, the information of fills will be deeply mined, the utilization of fills will be increased and better service can be provided for the development of hospital.
