摘    要:进修培训教育是急诊进修医师获得继续再教育的主要形式之一,它能够有效的促进急诊医学专业人员临床实践能力的提高和专业知识的更新.作者在急诊进修医师培训教育中对传统的教学方式进行了改革性尝试,采用了以病案为基础的教学模式(case-based study,CBS)进行教学实践,收到了良好的教学效果.

Abstract:Continuing education is the one of main form of emergency physicians to obtain further medical education and is also an effective method to improve the clinical practice ability and update knowledge for emergency medical professionals. We tried to adopt case-based study (CBS) teaching mode in training of emergency refresher physician instead of the traditional teaching model and received good teaching results.
