| 摘 要： | 目的提高出院病案归档率。方法采用PDCA管理方法，对2013年1月-9月出院病案7日归档情况进行统计分析，找出问题，制定计划，再对整改结果进行评估。结果出院病案7日归档率从1月的66％上升到9月的99．8％，3日归档率也从1月的21．4％上升到9月的79．3％。结论运用PDCA管理方法对病案归档进行监管，提高了医院各级部门对病案及时归档重要性认识，规范化程度进一步加强，病案归档率有明显的提高，同时提高了工作效率，改善了服务质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the archiving rate of medical record. Methods By applying PDCA （Plan Do Check Action） Model to analyze the archiving rate of medical record in seven days from Jan to September 2013, as well as looking for reasons for the delayed archiving of medical records, then make a plan and take measures to re-evaluate the corrective results. Results The archiving rate of medical record in seven days has increased from 66% in Jan to 99.8% in Sep, the archiving rate in three days also has increased from 21.4% in Jan to 79.3% in Sep. Conclusion PDCA Model can improve the important understanding of hospital departments at all levels, further strengthen standardization degree, greatly improve archiving rate, working ettlciency and service quality. |
