年龄相关性白内障住院费用影响因素的研究

目的 分析年龄相关性白内障手术患者住院天数和住院费用的影响因素.方法 抽取2012年的住院病历,分析慢性疾病、付款方式对费用的影响、分析住院天数的变化趋势.结果 公费的患者住院总费用为8602.34±4190.33元,高于自费和医疗保险患者.住院天数、单眼或者双眼手术、年龄和付款方式是总住院费用的影响因素,其标准回归系数分别为0.24、0.22、-0.13和0.07.结论 控制住院天数可以有效的控制总住院费用,同时要考虑老年患者患有慢性疾病会增加住院费用.

Research of Influence Factors of Hospitalization Expenses of Age-related Cataract

Objective To analyze the influence factors of hospitalization days and hospitalization expenses of Patients with age-related cataract surgery. Methods Extracting medical records during 2012 and analyzing the impact of chronic diseases and payment on the cost and the change trend of hospitalization days. Results The total hospitalization expense of patients with public expense is 8602.34± 4190.33 yuan, higher than patients with self-paying and medical insurance. Hospitalization days, monocular or binocular operation and age and terms of payment are the influence factors of total hospitalization cost. The standard regression coefficient are 0.24, 0.22, -0.13 and 0.07 respectively. Conclusion Control the hospitalization days can effectively control the total cost of hospitalization. At the same time we should consider elderly patients with chronic disease can increase the hospitalization expense.
