2012 年出院病案归档情况分析

目的 回顾2012年出院病历归档情况,总结加强病案管理的措施.方法 运用Excel对我院17111份出院病历归档情况进行对比统计,采用SPSS13.0统计学软件进行统计学分析.结果 出院病案24小时归档率为8.18％,5日归档率为71.2％.病案及时归档率呈逐月下降趋势,各科室间病案归档率存在显著性差异.结论 提高病案及时归档率重在医院病案管理制度的落实,医院领导应充分认识病案管理在医院管理中的重要地位,对病案迟归现象应引起足够重视.

Analysis of Medical Record Archiving in 2012

Objective To retrospect discharged medical records archive situation in 2012, and summarize the measures to strengthen medical record management. Methods The archiving situation of 17111 medical records in our hospital was analyzed by Excel. Results The 24 hours archiving rate of discharged medical records is 8,18%. The 5 days archiving rate of discharged medical records is71.2%. Medical record archiving rate was declining month by month. Medical record archiving rate have significant differences between each department. Conclusion Hospital leadership should focuses on the implementation of the hospital medical record management system, fully understand the important position of medical record management in hospital management, and should cause enough attention to the phenomenon of delay archiving.
