人工肝支持系统治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床观察

目的探讨人工肝支持系统（ALSS）——血浆置换（PE）、血浆置换联合血浆吸附（PA）治疗慢性重型肝炎的疗效、时机、可行性。方法将81例慢性重型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，治疗组均在内科综合治疗的基础上给予ALSS治疗，并及时观察治疗前后的症状体征、有关实验室检查。对照组只给内科综合治疗。结果治疗组经治疗后症状体征均明显好转，TBil、EhT、PTA、NH，改善明显（P〈0．01），治愈好转率明显提高。联合治疗组较单用血浆置换疗效好，统计学处理有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论ALSS治疗慢性重型肝炎能显著改善肝功能，提高存活率。

Clinical Observation of Artificial Liver Support System on Treating Patients with Chronic Severe Hepatitis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and application of artificial liver support system （ALSS） about plasma exchange （PE）, plasma absorption （PA） combined with plasma exchange on patients with chronic severe hepatitis. Methods Of 81 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, the patients were treated with ALSS on the basis of the conventional therapy, but the control group received the conventional therapy only. The clinical symptoms and the laboratory examination were determined before and after the treatment. Results After treating with ALSS, the clinical symptoms and signs of all patients were improved. TBIL, EhT, PTA and NH3 were ameliorated （p〈0.01）, which can increase the survival tale. Conclusion ALSS can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the biochemical indicators, and can also increase the survival rate.
