骨肿瘤ICD-10编码相关问题

目的 加深编码员对骨肿瘤编码中应注意问题及相关知识的理解。方法 从骨肉瘤的部位编码、菱形号的理解、骨肿瘤WHO 分类和骨良性肿瘤的部位编码4 个方面对骨肿瘤ICD-10 编码中需要注意的问题进行分析。结果 骨肉瘤的部位编码应根据肿瘤实际发生的部位来确定；骨内性和牙源性肿瘤的组织学编码范围不应局限在M8812 或M918～M934；WHO 骨肿瘤分类指出了原发骨肿瘤组织学类型的范围，并应注意与ICD-10 动态编码的对应关系；骨良性肿瘤的部位编码除了血管瘤、淋巴管瘤和脂肪瘤以外均应为D16。结论 编码员应按照ICD-10 中规定的方法查找编码，并且要正确理解和灵活运用编码规则，编码才不容易出现错误。

Discussion on Related Issues of ICD - 10 of Bone Tumors

Objective To deepen coders＇ understanding of problems and the related knowledge for bone tumors coding. Methods Analyzing the issues in the coding from four parts of osteogenic sarcoma place coding, rhombus mark, WHO classification and benign tumor of bone place coding. Results Osteogenic sarcoma place coding should according to the actual part. The histologic coding range of bone tumors and odontogenic tumor should not be confined to M8812 or M918 to M934. The WHO classification of bone tumors pointed out that the scope of primary bone tumor histologic types. The coders should paid attention to corresponding relation between WHO and ICD-10 dynamic encoding. Parts coding of benign tumor of bone should be D16 besides hemangioma or lymphangioma and lipoma. Conclusion Coders should find the code according to the method specified in the ICD-10, correctly understand and flexibly use of encoding rules.
