医学留学生急诊科实习教学思考

摘    要:结合首都医科大学2007年以来进行的全英语留学生培训模式,探讨医学留学生急诊科实习教育方法.在教学过程中融合病例导入式教学与以问题为导向的教学方法,设立“一加一”的同伴教学模式,模拟高仿真教学,以及互联网辅助教学.医学留学生教学必须以学生主动学习为主,提倡以问题为基础的讨论式教学和启发式教学.同时,加强临床带教老师教学方法培训,提高带教医师队伍的英文带教能力,使更多的急诊医师能胜任留学生带教也是目前留学生急诊实习教学需要重视的一个问题.

Abstract:To summarize the teaching experience of the previous three years and investigate the education methods of overseas students in department of emergency combined with the full English overseas students training mode since 2007 in Capital Medical University. To apply teaching methods such as case based learning and problem based learning, establish "1 plus 1" partner learning mode, simulate high simulation teaching and internet aided teaching. The teaching of overseas students must take active learning as the principal thing, advocate discussing teaching based on problems and inspiring teaching. Therefore, we should strengthen the education methods training of clinical teachers, improve the teaching capacity in English of the teachers team, and how to make more doctors in emergency department can manage the teaching of overseas students was also an important problem that should be paid attention to in the internship teaching of overseas students in department of emergency.
