某医院2013年出院患者多维度分析

目的 对某院的某院区2013 年出院患者进行多维度分析，为医院今后发展方向提供参考依据。方法 通过医院病案管理系统收集该院某院区2013 年全年出院患者病案首页信息，包括患者地址、付费方式、年龄、性别、职业等，数据经整理后进行统计分析。结果 该院区2013 年出院患者19234 人次，患者来源以本市东区居多，占61.1%；付费方式以社会基本医疗保险为主，占82.8%；男性高于女性，比例为1.39：1；年龄构成以60 岁及以上为主，占47.5%；平均住院日为12.6天，平均住院总费用为8954.2 元（脱密处理后）；职业以退休为主，占46.6%；出科人数最多的是呼吸内科（11.0%）和心血管内科（11.0%）。结论 医院应针对出院患者特点采取相应措施，使医院健康协调发展。

Dimensional Analysis of Hospitalized Patients in a Hospital in 2013

Objective To provide reference basis for hospital development direction in the future, dimensional analysis was used to analyze the characteristic of patients in a hospital in 2013. Methods Hospital materials were analyzed by statistical software, which including the source, the method of payment, the distribution of age, gender and career. Results There were 19234 patients in 2013. Most of patients came from east district of the city （61.1%）; The majority of payment method was social insurance of primary medical treatment（82.8%）; Male was more than female, the ratio was 1.39：1; Age structure with 60 years and above accounted for 47.5%; The average hospitalization was 12.6 days, the average hospitalization expenses was 8954.2 yuan（after the decipherment）; Occupation of retirement accounted for 46.6%; There were the largest number of patients in respiratory medicine（11.0%） and cardiovascular internal medicine（11.0%）. Conclusion The hospital should take appropriate measures according to the characteristics of hospitalized patients, in order to make a coordinated and healthy development of hospital.
