临床路径对输尿管结石住院天数和费用影响的研究

目的 探讨临床路径在输尿管结石经输尿管碎石取石术中的应用效果。方法 采用回顾性调查方法，通过同期对照研究，对2013 年实施与未实施临床路径的输尿管结石经输尿管碎石取石术患者的住院天数、术前住院天数、住院费用和药费等指标进行比较分析。结果 路径组与对照组相比，平均住院日缩短1.72 天，平均住院费用减少3012.47 元，平均药费减少1613.32 元，且差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；术前平均住院日缩短1.00 天，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论 实施临床路径后，可以缩短平均住院日，降低病种平均住院费用和平均药费。

The Research about the Influence of Clinical Pathway on Hospitalization Days and Expenses of Ureteral Calculus

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical pathway in ureteral calculus removed by ureteroscopy. Methods Through the retrospective survey and concurrent control study, the hospitalization days of patients with ureteral calculus removed by ureteroscopy who were treated and not treated by clinical pathway, the indicators, including preoperative hospitalization days, total hospitalization expenses and drug expenses, etc. were comparative analyzed. Results Compared with control group, the average hospitalization days of pathway group were shorter 1.72 days, the average hospitalization expenses was lower 3012.47 yuan, and the average drug expenses reduced 1613.32 yuan. The differences have the statistically significance （P〈0.05 ） , The average preoperative hospitalization days were shorter 1.00 days. But the differences have no statistically significance （ P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion After application of chnical pathway, the average hospitalization days, average hospitalization expenses and average drug expenses of the disease decreased.
