摘    要:PACS系统的存储量迅猛增加、接入系统和终端越来越多、居民健康档案要求安全交换等情况的出现,使传统双机架构的PACS系统已无法保证其扩展灵活、运行高效、接入安全。结合实际情况,运用高速基础网络、灵活扩展存储的体系架构,构建可快速扩充存储容量、提供高速并行访问能力、有效防止DICOM故障造成系统中断、安全接入系统的目标,以满足PACS系统不断涌现的应用需求。

Abstract:With the memory space of PACS system increases rapidly, access system and the terminal are more and more, and residents health records required security exchange, the PACS system of traditional double machine architecture cannot guarantee its functions of flexible extension, efficient running and access security. Combined with the actual situation, we using the basic network and flexible extension storage architecture to achieve goals of rapid expansion of storage capacity, providing high-speed parallel access ability, effectively prevent- ing the DICOM system fault break off and security access system, in order to satisfy the demands of the application of PACS system.
