摘    要:以问题为导向的教学方法(problem—based learning,PBL),是以学生为中心的教学方式,广泛的应用于各种学科教学过程中,明显的提高学生的学习效率和实践技能。放射诊断学是临床医学的重要学科,传统教学模式目前已经无法充分调动学生学习的积极性,因此本研究中教师采用PBL教学模式,以图像存档及传输系统为工具,以临床中遇到的具体病例为中心,引导学生独立分析疾病放射学诊断思路,在教学过程中开展中英文教学,通过师生互动讨论,增加学生对放射诊断学学习的兴趣,最终提高学生放射诊断学的临床技能及英语水平。

Abstract:Problem-based learning (PBL) is a teaching model focusing on the student and is widely used in multidisciplinary education. This method has been shown in improving study efficiency and practical skill. Radiation diagnostics is an important discipline of clinical medicine. The traditional teaching mode has been unable to fully arouse the enthusiasm of students learning. Teachers guide students to independently analyze disease diagnostic radiology with the tool of Picture archiving and transmission system and the center of specific cases encountered in clinicalby using PBL teaching mode.Through the interaction discussion between teachers and students, to increase students' interest in study radiologists, eventually improve the level of students in the clinical skills of radiologists and English.
