福建省综合医院病案室管理现状及影响因素研究

摘    要:目的 通过对福建省7个市46家综合医院病案室进行调查,了解其管理现状及其主要影响因素,提出相应的对策建议.方法 采用问卷法调查福建省7个市46家的综合医院病案室的基本情况、病案人员配置、学历及职称情况、领导的重视程度、人员培训和病案室未来的发展,用Epidata3.0建立数据库,SPSS 13.0进行统计处理与分析.结果 调查的综合医院病案室归属不明确,病案室工作人员学历偏低,职称与专业构成不合理,专业病案管理人员严重缺乏.结论 明确行政归属,提高重视程度;增强专业建设,紧抓人才培养;加大培训力度,鼓励在职教育;规范职称评定,增加晋升机会等有助于综合医院病案室的管理改进.

Abstract:Objective Through a survey of medical records department in 46 general hospitals, to understand the management situation and main influencing factors, and provide reference for the reasonable development of the medical records department. Methods Questionnaires were used to survey the basic information, medical record personnel configuration, education, professional title,theattention of the leadership, the training of the employees and the future development. The Epidata3.0 and SPSS13.0 were used to analyze data. Results In the survey, the higher authorities of medical records department in hospitals were indeterminate, the education of staffis low, professional title and specialty structure were unreasonable, and Serious lack of medical record management professionals. Conclusion Suggestions of existing problems, confirming administrative belonging, and improving the emphasis, strengthening professional construction and talent cultivation, enhancing staff training, encouraging on-the-job education, make professional title appraisal more standard should be taken to increase management of medical records department.
