疗养档案质控系统的研发与利用

目的 研发具有疗案三级质控评价、统计分析及查询功能的软件系统，使质量指标可测量化，提高质控效率与疗案质量。方法 采用ASP.NET语言为开发工具，以SQLSERVER2008作为后台数据库，系统共分为系统管理、评分录入、查询报表3大模块。评分录入模块为三级疗案质控录入，查询报表模块支持日常智能检索查询及所有查询结果导出、打印，并自动汇总生成8种制式上报报表。结果 软件系统较好地解决了疗案质控中的评价、统计分析与查询问题，院管理层和疗养科室可及时掌握疗案质控各项质量指标，并针对存在的问题。结论 软件系统的研发应用，有效提高质控效率与疗案质量，使疗养院的疗案质控走向数字化、标准化、规范化、系统化。
