| Abstract: | This paper reported the difference between blood reserve for military affairs and the normal blood reserve in the form of store and management,as well as the limits of mobilization.Military blood banks must concern and obeyed the following aspects,which included materials preparation,staff training,information management,mobilizing limits,maintain secrecy and so on. |
