深圳市禽类销售人员预防人禽流感健康传播研究

目的通过对深圳市龙岗区禽类销售人员进行健康教育和危险因素的强化干预，评价预防人感染禽流感健康传播活动的效果。方法采用横断面调查方法，面对面询问调查对象，进行多种形式的健康传播活动1个月，干预前后数据的比较采用X^2检验．采取整群抽样方法，于2006年12月-2007年2月选取深圳市龙岗区28个大型农贸市场和三乌批发市场的禽类销售人员作为调查对象。结果人禽流感核心信息的知晓率干预后均有不同程度的上升。结论本次为期1个月的防治人禽流感健康传播活动取得了较好的效果，说明针对高危人群开展的防治人禽流感健康教育活动与突击性的宣传月活动相结合，在提高禽类销售人员自我防护能力、普及人禽流感防治知识等方面均有强化传播效果的作用。

Research on Prevention the Spread of Avian Influenza of Poultry Salesmen in Shenzhen City

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effectiveness of the activities in prevention of avian influenza and control work through health education and strengthening intervention on risk factors to the poultry salesmen in Longgang District of Shenzhen City. METHOD The cross-sectional survey was used in this study. We investigated the objects by a face-to-face survey and carried out various activities to disseminate the health in a month. Then we compared the data before and after the intervention by x^2 test. Objects Cluster sampling was used to draft poultry salesmen from 28 large-scale farmers market and poultry wholesale market of three birds in Longgang District of Shenzhen City between December 2006 and February 2007. RESULTS The awareness rate of core human bird flu information arose in varying degrees after the intervention. CONCLUSIONS The health communication activities of the month-long prevention and treatment of people infected with avian influenza have gained good results, which shows the combination of health education about the prevention and treatment of people infected with avian influenza aimed high-risk groups and surprising propaganda month activity strengthen the spreading effective in poultry salesmen＇ s self-protective capability and pervasion the knowledge on avian influenza prevention.
