急诊科护士职业防护意识调查及相关因素分析

目的：探讨急诊科护士职业防护意识情况,并分析相关因素。方法：采用分层整群抽样的方法随机选择本市三所综合性医院的急诊科护士86名作为研究对象,并采用自行设计＂临床护士职业防护现状＂调查表进行职业防护意识调查。结果：三甲医院急诊科护士的＂防护措施＂、＂自身健康危害＂、＂污物废物处理＂三方面得分明显高于二甲和二乙医院（P〈0.05）;二甲医院＂防护措施＂得分明显高于二乙医院（P〈0.05）,而二甲医院急诊科护士的＂自身健康危害＂得分明显低于二乙医院（P〈0.05）;二甲医院及二乙医院的＂污物废物处理＂得分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。不同年龄、劳动关系急诊科护士的职业防护意识差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;不同护龄、学历、职称、所在医院的急诊科护士职业防护意识差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：三甲医院护士的职业防护意识最高,其次是二乙及二甲医院;另外,护士的护龄、学历、职称、所在医院级别不同,职业防护意识也不同。

Investigatioin of Occupational Protection Awareness of Emergency Nurses and Analysis of Relevant Factors

Objective： To investigate the awareness of occupational protection of emergency nurses,and to analyze the relevant factors. Methods： Stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select three general hospitals in the city of 86 cases of emergency nurses,and meanwhile,self-designed questionnaire of ＂protection status of the clinical nurse occupation＂ was used to survey occupational protection awareness. Result： The scores of emergency nurses from 3A hospitals on ＂protective measures＂,＂harm on their own health,＂＂sewage waste treatment＂were significantly higher than those from 2A and 2B hospitals（ P ＆lt;0. 05）.The scores of the nurses from 2A on＂protective measures＂ were significantly higher than those from 2B hospitals（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）,but the scores of the emergency nurses from 2A on＂harm on their own health＂were significantly lower than those from 2B hospitals（ P ＆lt;0. 05）. The scores on＂sewage waste treatment＂had no significant difference（ P ＆gt; 0. 05）. The difference of awareness of occupational protection in different age labor relations between emergency nurses were not statistically significant（ P ＆gt; 0. 05）,but the differences between different age,education,job title hospital in occupational protection awareness of emergency nurses were statistically significant（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）. Conclusions： The awareness of occupational protection of the nurses from 3A hospitals are the greatest,followed by those from 2A hospitals,and then those from 2B hospitals. Additionally,nurses with different age,education,job title,the levels of the hospital have different occupational protection awareness.
