摘    要:目的:观察运动训练对运动员的血浆维生素E(VE)含量影响的变化规律。方法:以江苏大学大学生运动员和国家青年队篮球运动员为对象,分析他们在2005年冬训期间血浆VE浓度,并与年龄匹配的非运动员进行比较。结果:训练进程中男女大学生运动员与职业队运动员血浆VE无显著变化,但均保持低于非运动员或正常水平。结论:运动训练使运动员血浆VE水平远低于普通人群,建议给予运动员适量VE补充。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of exercise training on the level of plasma vitamin E(VE) in athlete.Methods: he plasma VE levels was analyzed and monitored in the college athletes and national basketball professional young athletes during their winter training,and then statistically compared with age-matched non-athletes. Results: During all the training period,there were no significant changes of the plasma vitamin E levels among the college or the professional athletes,whose values were significantly lower than those of the non-athletes. Conclusion: Because VE has its important antioxidative protection in exercise,its low plasma concentration in athletes is suggested to give certain VE supplementation.
