浙江大学高级职称教职工心理健康状况调查

目的了解大学高级职称教职工的心理健康状况，为教职员工心身健康提供保健依据。方法采用艾森克人格测评量表（EPQ）、精神症状自评量表（SCL-90）、心理压力反应自评量表（SRQ），对浙江大学346名高级职称教职工进行心理测量并进行相关性比较。结果SCL-90共筛查出19人（占5．49％）单项因子分≥2分，即存在一定症状表述；SRQ得分〉85分，即处于高心理压力状况的有23人（占6．65％）。SRQ与EPQ各量表分值相关检验，SRQ（压力反应指数）得分与E因素（内、外向）和L因素（掩饰性）成负相关（r分别为-0．278和-0．326，p〈0．01），SRQ与N因素（情绪化）呈正相关（r=0．584，P〈0．01），SRQ指数与P因素（精神质因子）无显著相关。结论高级职称教职工心理健康状况不容乐观，高校对该教职工群体的身心健康应予以特别重视。

The Mental Health Survey of Zhejiang University Senior Staffs

Objective To study the mental health of senior staff and to provide the basis for the physical and mental health of staffs. Method 346 senior staffs of Zhejiang University were investigated by the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire （EPQ）, the Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） and Stress Reaction Questionnaires （SRQ）. Results 19 staffs （5. 49%） were diagnosed with mental problems which single factor was not less then 2 points. The correlation of SRQ scores and E factors and L factors were negative which were-0. 278 and -0. 326 （p〈0.01）, SRQ and N factors were positively correlated （r=0. 584 ,p〈0.01） ,SRQ score and P factor had no significant correlation. Conclusion The mental problem has occurred to part of senior staff. The physical and mental health of staffs should be given special attention.
