摘    要:目的分析与识别某石化企业废水处理及回用项目可能存在的主要职业病危害因素,评价其防护措施设计,为职业病危害分类管理提供科学依据。方法通过收集相关资料、现场职业卫生学类比调查和职业危害因素类比检测,采用类比和检查表法进行综合评价。结果该建设项目可能存在的职业病危害因素为:抽余油、氨、硫化氢、氯化氢、二氧化氯、噪声、工频超高压电场。类比调查显示ABS污泥脱水间检出较高浓度的硫化氢且接近限值,为9.3mg/m^3,ABS污水巡检岗位噪声为87.4dB(A),超过国家卫生限值。结论该项目属职业病危害程度严重的建设项目。该项目职业卫生方面符合国家相关法律、规范和标准的要求,该建设项目可行。

Abstract:Objective To analyze and identify the possible occupational risk factors , evaluate the design of the preventive measures ,ant to provide scientific evidences for classification management of occupational hazards. Methods Field investigation and monitoring ,analogy , checklist methods were carried out. Results The possible occupational hazard factors included raffinate oil, ammonia, sulfur hydrogen, chlorine hydride, chlorine dioxide, noise, power frequency field. Analogical project was detected , the concentration of sulfur hydrogen was 9.3 mg/m^3 approaching the allowable limit in ABS sludge dehydration, the LAeq of worker accepted in ABS inspection tour spot was 87.4 dB exceeding hygiene limit. Conclusion The construction is project severe, it measures up to the relevant national laws and regulations, so the project is feasible.
