彩色多普勒超声在颈动脉硬化诊断中的优势浅析

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在颈动脉硬化诊断中的优势。方法对临床疑诊颈动脉硬化患者87例进行彩色多普勒超声检查。结果87例患者中阳性结果81例,其中颈动脉硬化79例,多发性大动脉炎2例,正常6例。结论彩色多普勒超声可以清晰显示颈动脉管壁的结构,检出颈动脉硬化斑块和血栓,鉴别软硬斑,准确判断颈动脉狭窄的程度和范围,为临床预防和治疗方案的选择提供客观依据。是一种无创、实时、敏感、准确、可重复的诊断方法。
