农村精神分裂症患者治疗依从性分析

目的：了解农村社区精神分裂症患者治疗依从性及其影响因素。方法：采用精神卫生调查表，社会功能缺陷量表（ＳＤＳＳ）和简明精神病评定量表（ＢＰＲＳ），以直接面询法对患者及其照料者收集资料。结果：共调查９９例，其中完全依从４２例（４２．４％），部分依从１７例（１７．２％），不依从４０例（４０．４％）；病人ＳＤＳＳ总分愈高服药依从性愈差，ＢＰＲＳ评分也有类似情况。逐步回归分析提示，影响服药依从性的因素依次为

An analysis of compliance of schizophrenia in rural community

Objective:The aims of the study were to investigate the compliance of schizophrenia and the related factors in rural area. Method:Ninety nine patients with schizophrenia were measured with the mental health scale, the social disability screening schedule (SDSS), and the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) by face to face interview . Results:Forty two patients (42 4%) were of full compliance, and 17 cases (17 2%) were of partial compliance, the other 40 cases (40 4%) were non compliance. The cases with a higher score in SDSS had a worse compliance. Stepwise multiple regression analysis suggested that the major factors related to compliance were as following: BPRS(ACTV), duration of hospitalization, family members' age, premorbid character. Conclusion:The main correlative factors with compliance of schizophrenia in rural area are social ability, duration of hospitalization, family members' age, premorbid character.
