生活技能训练对住院精神分裂症患者阴性症状的影响

目的:探讨生活技能训练对住院精神分裂症患者阴性症状的影响。方法:对30例住院精神分裂症患者进行生活技能训练,并以30例患者作为对照组,用护士观察量表(NO ISE)、阴性症状量表(SANS)、住院精神患者社会功能评定量表(SSPI)进行效果评定。结果:训练组训练后NO ISE评分在总积极因素、总消极因素、病情总估计与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01);SANS总分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);SSPI各因子分与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论:生活技能训练能够明显改善住院精神分裂症患者的阴性症状,提高其独立生活能力,促进康复。

The influence of the living skiu training on the rugative

Objective: To discuss the influence of the living skill training on the negative.Symptom of the schizophrenia patients in hospital.Methods:Living skill training were given to 30 schizophrenia patients in hospital and compare with them.Then assess the effect by NOSIE,SANS,SSPI.Results : There is significant difference with the comparing group in the NOSIE scoxe at total positive factor,total negative factor,and total assess of the disease(P<0.01),and it is obviously lower than the comparing group in total SANS score(P<0.01),the significant difference is existed in SSPI score either(P<0.01).Conclusion: Both the negative symptom and the ability of independent living can be promoted by living skill training.
