| 摘 要： | 目的通过检测胶质瘤组织中DNA-PKcs的表达情况,探讨其与胶质瘤临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测103例胶质瘤患者组织中DNA-PKcs的表达,并结合患者的临床及预后资料进行分析。结果 103例胶质瘤患者中,DNA-PKcs的阳性表达率为36.8%。卡方检验显示,DNA-PKcs表达强弱与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小的相关性均无统计学意义(P>0.05),与胶质瘤分级有关(P<0.05)。单因素生存分析显示,DNA-PKcs高表达患者5年总生存率低于低表达患者(22.73%vs47.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DNA-PKcs在部分胶质瘤组织中有表达,DNA-PKcs的表达水平与胶质瘤患者预后相关,对患者的预后判断有一定的指导意义。
