MEBT/MEBO治疗耳廓烧伤的临床观察

目的观察烧伤湿润暴露疗法（MEBT/MEBO）治疗耳廓烧伤的疗效。方法41例60烧伤耳全部应用MEBT/MEBO治疗，避免患耳受压，并对深度烧伤患耳早期耕耘减张。结果41例60耳全部治愈，无一例发生耳软骨炎，平均愈合时间31.06天。结论MEBT/MEBO治疗耳廓烧伤可明显改善局部血运，预防感染，尤其是早期耕耘疗法，可有效避免耳软骨炎及化脓性中耳炎的发生。

Clinical Efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in Treating Auricle Burn

Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating auricle burn. Method: 41 cases of auricle burn involving 60 ears were treated with MEBT/MEBO. Injured eras were protected from pressure and ploughing therapy was adopted to reduce tension at early stage. Results: All the 60 ears healed. No ear chondritis occurred. The average healing time was 31.06 days. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is effective in treating auricle burn. It promotes local blood circulation. Early ploughing therapy can help to avoid the incidence of ear chondritis and otitis media suppurativa.
