| 摘 要： | 目的了解劳教所警察职业倦怠的发生情况及影响因素。方法采用一般状况量表、Maslach倦怠量表、卡特尔16种人格因素测验、状态特质焦虑问卷和贝克抑郁问卷对217名劳教所警察进行问卷调查。结果男性劳教所警察在人格解体维度的得分高于女性劳教所警察(P0.01);在情绪衰竭、人格解体维度,劳教所和大、中队领导、基层警察得分高于机关科室人员(P0.05);工作年限在31年～的劳教所警察情绪衰竭维度得分最低(P0.05),工作年限在21年～的劳教所警察个人成就感降低的得分最低(P0.05);多因素分析显示,劳教所警察职业倦怠影响因素为抑郁、焦虑、工作满意度、工作年限、乐群性和怀疑性。结论应针对劳教所警察职业倦怠的影响因素采取相应的干预措施。 |
