部队甲型病毒性肝炎患者费用分析

目的：了解甲型病毒性肝炎给部队造成的经济损失，为部队制定甲肝防制策略提供依据。方法：以总后勤部卫生部信息统计中心1995－1997年病历首页数据为依据，同时对病毒性肝炎军人进行了费用问卷调查，统计部队甲型病毒性肝炎患者费用。结果：10349例病毒性肝炎中甲肝占病毒性肝炎总病例的17.42％，同时，甲肝患者住院费用占所有病毒性肝炎费用的11.76％，均仅次于乙型病毒性肝炎及病 原不明型肝炎。若不考虑货币的时间效应，每例战士患者因病耗资1861.96元，干部2331.41元，部队每年每10万人因甲肝发病损失187100.42元。结论：甲肝不仅直接危害部队官兵健康，而且给部队造成的经济损失比较严重，应采用适当措施控制甲肝的流行。

ANALYSIS OF MEDICAL CARE COSTS IN HEPATITIS A PATIENTS AMONG MILITARY POPULATION

Objective:To investigate the economic loss caused by hepatitis A in the army and lay a basis for formulating strategy for preventing and controlling hepatitis A.Methods:Raw data of medical care costs of hepatitis A patients were collected from the headlines of inpatient medical records in the database of PLA Health Statistical Information Center. Expenses of the hepatitis A patients of three military regions and military hospitals settled in Shanxi were investigated with questionnaires and medical care costs were computed. Results:Among 10 349 hepatitis patients, hepatitis A accounted for 17.42% and their medical care costs were 11.76% of all. Without considering discount rate of expense,the cost was 1 861.96 and 2 231.41 R.M.B.for a hepatits A soldier and an officer respectively. 187 100.42 R.M.B.would be consumed anong 100 000 military pepole.Conclusion:It is indicated that hepatitis A not only was directly hazardous to the health of soldiers and officers but also caused severe economic loss in the army. It was necessary that appropriate measures should be used to control the prevalence of hepatitis A in the army.
