摘    要:目的了解早产儿脂代谢状况及其影响因素。方法测定71例早产儿出生12h内血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(T-CH)、载脂蛋白A1(Apo-A1)、载脂蛋白B(Apo-B)含量。结果早产儿血清TG、T-CH和Apo-A1含量随胎龄、出生体重的增长而升高。分娩方式、出生时窒息以及出生后12h内的低体温、低血糖、严重代谢性酸中毒不同程度地影响早产儿血清TG、T-CH、Apo-A1和Apo-B含量。结论早产儿存在低脂血症,并受出生时和出生后多种因素影响;生后及时给早产儿补充脂类物质是必要的。

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the status of lipidic metabolism and its influencing factors in the preterm infants. Methods Concentrations of serum triglycerides(TG),total-cholesterol(T-CH),apolipoprotein A1(Apo-A1) and apolipoprotein B(Apo-B)were measured in 71 preterm infants within 12 hours after birth. Results The concentration of TG,T-CH and Apo-A1 elevated with the increase of either gestational age or birth weight. The concentrations of TG, T-CH,Apo-A1,and Apo-B were affected by the mode of delivery,asphyxia at birth,and hypothermia,hypoglycemia, severe metabolic acidosis within 12 hours after birth. Conclusions Preterm infants are usually with hypolipemia which can be influenced by multiple factors at birth and after birth. It is feasible to supplement lipids timely for preterm infants after birth.
