Abstract: | AbstractAngiokeratoma of the vulva is relatively rare with few cases reported in the literature. The lesions are usually asymptomatic, but clinical presentations can include bleeding and vulval pruritus. Treatments for symptomatic cases include surgical excision, cryotherapy and argon or carbon dioxide laser therapy. We present a case series of patients who have been successfully treated with pulsed dye laser therapy. This was performed in the outpatient setting without the need for local anaesthesia. All patients had resolution of their symptoms. This treatment modality to our knowledge has not been reported in the literature. |
