抗击非典中特殊医患关系的伦理学思考

对SARS肆虐时期的医患关系变化作了系统的伦理思考，指出抗击非典的斗争使医患双方均发生了一系列明显的变化：救治病人的艰巨性与自身面临牺牲的高风险构成对医务人员的双重考验；被医者救治的对象，又是随时可能向他们传播非典病毒的感染者，全力救治与严防感染成为一对现实的矛盾；不断发生的“战斗减员”削弱了一线的战斗力，又加重了整个救治工作的压力。作者认为特殊的医患关系体现在：不明疫情凸显医疗风险，一心赴就展现白衣天使的新形象，抗御非典折射出新世纪医务道德的精髓。文中强调高效运作的组织指挥系统、超乎手常的职业道德素养、严格按科学规律办事和相关法律、法规的介入，是调节这种特殊医患关系的四个重要因素。

Special Doctor- patient Relationship in the Battle against SARS

This paper discusses the relationship between the patients and doctors from an ethic angle during the critical period when the SARS (serious acute respiratory syndrome) is indulging in persecution,and points out that some obvious changes have arisen from the battle against SARS between the patients and doctors since the doctors are faced with double tests: one is the hardship to treat patients and the other is the high risk of being infected with terrible SARS. The patients being treated are infected with SARS virus who have great possibility to infect the doctors. So the doctors have to confront a huge conflict unavoidable: to go all out to treat patients and to take strict precautions against infection. Moreover, the declining medical staff impaired the battle effectiveness, which make the cure affairs more difficult. The author thinks that the special relationship above mentioned embodies the new appearance of doctors who save patients' lives heart and soul in spite of dangers and reflects new century medicine ethics in the course of fighting back SARS. Four important factors are stressed in the article. They are efficient organization system, perfect professional ethics, respecting scientific rules and laws intervention, which do regulate the special relationship between the doctors and patients
