慢性支气管炎肺气肿中医辨证治疗效果观察

目的:观察运用中医辨证论治治疗慢性支气管炎肺气肿的临床疗效;方法:选取我院慢性支气管炎合并肺气肿患者180例,按照随机平行方法分为两组:观察组和对照组各90例,对照组患者进行控制感染及解痉平喘等常规内科治疗,观察组患者在常规西医内科治疗的基础上分为表寒内饮型、痰热内壅型以及肺肾阳虚型三种类型分别进行辨证论治,全部患者治疗30d;结果:治疗组患者总有效率为64.44%,对照组为27.78%,两组比较治疗组显著高于对照组(P0.01);结论:对慢性支气管炎肺气肿患者实施中医辨证治疗,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高治疗效果。

Efficacy observation on treating chronic bronchitis and emphysema in TCM

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of treating chronic bronchitis emphysema in TCM.Methods: 180 cases were randomly divided into two groups,90 cases for each.The control group patients for infection control and antispasmodic and other conventional medical treatment,observation group of patients in the conventional western medicine treatment based on the control groupdivided into three kinds: table cold drink,phlegm heat type in Inner backwater and lung deficiency,all patients treated with 30d.Results: The total effective rate was 64.44% in the treated group,27.78% in the control group,the treated group was significantly higher(P<0.01);Conclusion: Treating chronic bronchitis emphysema patients in TCM could effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the treatment effect.
