中医结合交锁髓内针治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的疗效观察

目的：探讨中医结合交锁髓内针治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折的疗效。方法：80例胫腓骨中下段骨折患者平分为两组,两组都采用交锁髓内针内固定治疗,在此基础上治疗组采用中药治疗。结果：两组都随访3个月,按Johner-Wruh综合评分标准,治疗组优良率（92.5%）明显高于对照组（75.0%）（P〈0.05）。结论：中医结合交锁髓内针治疗胫腓骨中下段骨折能提高术后随访优良率,值得推广应用。

Efficacy observation on treating fracture of the tibia and fibula in TCM plus interlocking intramedullary nail

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of treating fracture of the tibia and fibula in TCM plus interlocking intramedullary nail.Methods: 80 cases of fracture of the tibia and fibula were equally divided into two groups,both groups were given with interlocking intramedullary nail,in the treatment group on the basis of this were added the TCM.Results: Both groups were followed up for 3 months to Johner-Wruh score,excellent rate of the treatment group(92.5%) was significantly higher(75.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion: TCM plus interlocking intramedullary nail for treating fracture of the tibia and fibula can improve the excellent rate of postoperative follow-up should be widely applied.
