| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨系统护理模式下无痛人工流产手术的临床效果。方法 75例实施无痛人工流产手术的孕妇，在术前、术中和术后施以系统化护理，观察临床效果。结果 75例孕妇顺利实施手术；与文献对比，术中心理反应、宫颈松弛度以及术后人流综合征的发生率均优于文献报道（P〈0．05）。结论 围手术过程实施系统整体化护理措施，有助于优化无痛人工流产手术的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss nursing measures and effect on painless artificial abortion(PAA).Methods Systematic nursing measures were applied in 75 pregnant women,they were implemented PAA,and clinical effects were observed.Results Clinical effect and psychic reaction of 75 cases were super than document published.Conclusion Systematic nursing measures implemented in enclosing PAA could benefit patients and engender fine effect. |
